LaGrange Pointe is a new 3-story, mixed-use, 30-unit senior independent living community in downtown LaGrange, Illinois. The project includes first floor retail stores and a large community space geared for independent seniors by promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
The building is comprised of ground-floor steel framing and second- and third-floor wood framing with a masonry facade. Amenities include a library, lounge and an arts and crafts room. In addition, the building features a 5,000 square foot elevated patio with a greenhouse, multiple planting beds for the residents’ use and a fountain.
