Cedarhurst of Naperville is a new 4-story, 100-unit senior living facility- with 76 units designated for independent living and 24 units equipped for memory care. The project was designed to provide individualized care in a supportive community environment.
Amenities include a theater room, hair salon, recreational spaces, high-end lobby and sitting areas as well as physical therapy, rehabilitation areas, medical testing and doctors’ offices on the first floor.
Sitework included mass grading of the 6-acre site and adjoining retail out-lot, as well as roadwork improvements to surrounding roadways.
