Novak Construction served as the general contractor for a significant addition and site redevelopment project at Green Acres Country Club. The addition included a full-service commercial kitchen, a screened outdoor dining area, a tennis pro shop, a family changing room, and private men’s and women’s locker rooms designed to better serve club members and guests.
As part of the project, Novak constructed a new 3,500-square-foot L-shaped swimming pool featuring a large zero-depth entry area and a circular water slide. A separate spa and whirlpool area were also added to expand the club’s recreational offerings. The outdoor amenities were complemented by an 8,800-square-foot pool deck featuring large cedar trellises and custom ornamental iron fencing. The project also involved selective demolition of existing structures and a comprehensive reconfiguration of the site to seamlessly integrate the new facilities with the existing country club campus.
