Novak owned and operated this property and served as the General Contractor for the development of a new urban retail center situated on approximately 2.89 acres. The center consists of two modern masonry buildings occupied by a diverse mix of nationally recognized retailers and restaurants, including HomeGoods, Chipotle, Potbelly, Forever Yogurt, T-Mobile, David’s Bridal, Verizon Wireless, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Pei Wei Asian Diner. Site improvements included the construction of three curb cuts, utility coordination and installation, landscaping enhancements, a new parking lot, and a dedicated service alley.
