Novak Construction served as General Contractor for the new Ricky Rockets Midlothian that covers 8,400 square feet. This ground-up fuel center includes 14 gas pumps, an electric vehicle charging station, three truck diesel lanes, a retail store, full Ozzie’s deli, 24-hour gaming and state-of-the-art car wash.
Work included soil and foundation work for the 5-acre site, utility improvements and landscaping. This project required close field coordination with several regulatory agencies, including the IEPA, the Village of Midlothian and the adjoining businesses in operation. This project was completed over a 9-month timeline.
