As general contractor, Novak Construction completed numerous Office Depot projects, including ground-up construction, retrofits, and interior build-outs. The scope of work encompassed demolition, site preparation, masonry and EIFS canopies, concrete walkways, loading docks, utility infrastructure, paving, and complete MEPFP and lighting installations.
Interior improvements included employee amenities, offices, restrooms, secure storage, shipping and receiving areas, copy centers, Hunter Douglas overhead grid systems, and all architectural finishes, resulting in fully integrated and operational retail environments.
