Novak Construction served as the general contractor for a premier indoor tennis facility designed to seamlessly integrate with the site’s natural topography. The project included a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall to accommodate significant grade changes, along with a structural steel framework complemented by wood-framed infill walls and roofing systems. Architectural elements combined conventional wood construction with large oak timber beams, creating a distinctive and elegant aesthetic.
Notable features of the facility included a glass skylight, a stone fireplace, interior and exterior ivy-covered walls, a vitality pool, steam room, and sauna. Custom stonework was incorporated throughout wet wall and flooring areas, while the kitchen and bath spaces featured custom millwork and premium stone countertops. The exceptional design and craftsmanship of the project earned recognition in Architectural Digest‘s May 2018 issue.
