Novak Construction served as General Contractor for the remodel of an existing industrial facility to create a new Best Buy distribution and service facility.
The existing interior office areas were demolished and replaced with 17,100 square feet of new office and service repair spaces. Extensive electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work were installed to accommodate the appliance and television repair and testing areas. Additional dock positions and new parking areas were also added to the exterior of the facility.
