1571 Maple Avenue, also known as Centrum Evanston, is a new 12-story, 101-unit, mixed-use luxury apartment building in downtown Evanston. Amenities include a pool and clubhouse, multi-use room, lounge, sundeck, parking garage and a roof terrace.
Novak Construction served as General Contractor for the construction and performed Design-Build MEPFP services for this development. It was constructed using a structural system incorporating a mix of steel, pre-cast and concrete. This project includes a brick and window wall façade and it is Certified LEED Silver.
Located a block from the Evanston transit center, the design is comprised of first floor retail, common areas (fitness, lounge, leasing offices and lobby), residential levels, as well as a green roof, bike storage and other LEED components.
