Novak Construction served as the General Contractor for six CarMax projects across three states, ranging from expansions of existing automotive facilities to new, ground-up two-story developments. Each project included approximately 15 acres of site work, with one location featuring the construction of a retention pond. The facilities include modern showrooms with sales and administrative offices, 38-bay service centers, vehicle presentation lanes, and car wash facilities connected to dedicated cosmetic buildings. Additional site features included the installation of underground fuel storage tanks and associated infrastructure.
