As General Contractor, Novak delivered the fast-track transformation of a former two-level furniture store into an elegant, open-concept retail environment. A key feature of the renovation was the removal of 4,000 square feet of floor slab to create a dramatic central atrium. The main and lower levels are connected by two escalators and three stairways, enhancing both circulation and accessibility throughout the space. Premium millwork, decorative lighting, and high-end finishes contribute to the sophisticated interior aesthetic. The exterior combines masonry and synthetic stucco with custom wood entry doors, architectural millwork, and expansive glazing, creating a seamless transition that reflects and complements the refined interior design.
