Novak Construction served as General Contractor for 30 Jewel-Osco projects that range from ground-up pre-cast panel with masonry steel and brick buildings to multiple, open-store remodel/expansions.
Each store includes new electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems for new food cases, new flooring, wall finishes, decor elements, fixtures, casework and display cases throughout the store. These projects have multiple construction phases to keep the disturbance to a minimum.
