Novak served as general contractor for the interior alterations and fit-out of an existing tenant space for Navy Pier’s Lirica restaurant and bar. The two-story space is part of the Sable Hotel.
Ground-level construction included a full kitchen and bar, as well as a 1,250-square-foot exterior terrace. The scope of work on the second floor included a 7,000-square-foot event space complete with restrooms and a warming kitchen, as well as mechanical and storage spaces.
