As General Contractor, Novak completed this interior renovation including new MEPFP systems, slab on grade, masonry and steel roofing, aluminum composited panels, glazing interior framing, flooring, lockers, canopies and window treatments. The exterior site work improvements included asphalt and curb demolition, mass grading excavation, site utilities, irrigation, concrete paving, landscaping, fencing and trash enclosure. The Novak team was conscientious and sensitive to the hospital personnel and patient visitors – aware of maintaining a safe environment for everyone and performing the work with little to no workflow disruption.
