Novak Construction served as General Contractor for the conversion of this 100+ year old, five-story industrial building into new loft office space. The entire timber framed interior was sand blasted, and new windows, lighting, restrooms, elevator, MEFP systems and millwork were installed. The Novak project team worked with the architect in a Design-Build role and also completed all necessary life safety work.
Finally the renovation included the installation of two new parking areas to the north and south of the building for a total of 32 car spaces.
