Novak Construction Delivers 55th Ground-Up Costco Warehouse with New Yorkville Opening

Novak Construction is proud to partner with Costco Wholesale and MG2 for our third new warehouse in 2025. Costco – Yorkville sits on a 33-acre site and features a 161,500 SF warehouse, designed and built to support Costco’s continued expansion in the Chicagoland area. This is Novak’s 55th New Ground-up Costco Warehouse and the 8th in the Chicagoland area. Our team successfully delivered the warehouse in just 130 days. In addition to the site and warehouse construction, Novak coordinated and completed roadway expansions in collaboration with the City of Yorkville and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) – ensuring improved traffic flow, safe access, and long-term infrastructure support for the growing community.
