Novak Construction Completes Two New Primark Retail Locations at Mall of America and Sugarloaf Mills

Novak Construction has completed construction on two new Primark retail locations: a nearly 35,000-square-foot store at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, which celebrated its grand opening on September 3, 2026, and a 26,000-square-foot store at Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville, Georgia, which opened on September 8, 2026.

Located within one of the nation’s largest shopping destinations, the Mall of America store marks Primark’s first location in Minnesota. The Sugarloaf Mills store represents the retailer’s first location in Georgia.
