Novak Construction Completes Newest Costco Wholesale in Lincoln, NE

Located at 1620 Pine Lake Road, Novak Construction completed this 156,000 square foot, ground-up, “fast-track” retail warehouse facility complete with 20 acres of site development including new traffic signal and public sidewalks and a 30,000 square foot out-lot gas station with 16 fueling stations. The interior includes a food court; meat preparation area; bakery, freezer and cooler; full optical, photo, pharmacy and tire centers. This long awaited location will sell a variety of merchandise including electronics, bulk groceries and pet food, wine and spirits, appliances, furniture and apparel. Joining two other warehouses in the Omaha area, this is the third Costco location in Nebraska.
This project was completed on-time.
