Novak Awarded 30 Target Projects

Novak is honored to have been awarded 30 Target projects this year, spanning from New Jersey, to Arizona, to Washington state. The work includes high-scope remodels, low-scope remodels, high volume go-back remodels, fulfillment brand remodels, and distribution center preferred-vendor support.

One of these projects is a Target Express store in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. The project team completed the interior build-out of the existing space, previously a car dealership, in five months. The project scope included new concrete floor topping, MEPFP, refrigeration, finishes, a Starbucks kiosk, and a custom art mural.
