Lake & Aberdeen Achieves LEED Silver Status

Novak Construction is thrilled to announce that our Lake and Aberdeen project has achieved LEED Silver certification with 55 points.
This project is a new, 202,347 SF, 11-story, multi-family residential tower in downtown Chicago. The design is comprised of street-level retail (approximately 27.5k SF), two levels of parking (120 spaces), and two floors of offices followed by five residential levels (75 units) with multiple outdoor terraces. The tower features multi-tiered green rooftop decks as well as amenities such as a fitness center and a top floor Club Level room.
