Novak Construction served as General Contractor for the new 70,000-square-foot core and shell development of a Mariano’s grocery store. The facility features a predominantly precast concrete structure accented by masonry detailing and a dramatic curtain wall entrance. Scope of work included comprehensive site development, curb and gutter installation, landscaping, and construction of a structured rooftop parking deck.
