Novak Construction Completes Primark’s Newest Houston Store at Willowbrook Mall

Novak Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of Primark’s newest Texas location at Willowbrook Mall in Houston, which officially opened to shoppers on July 16. The project marks Novak’s second completed store for Primark in the Greater Houston market, following the successful delivery of the retailer’s Katy Mills location.

The 43,640-square-foot interior renovation transformed a former anchor retail space at 3000 Willowbrook Mall Road, Suite B into a vibrant, modern retail destination. The $7.46 million project included a comprehensive tenant fit-out featuring new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, interior partitions, upgraded finishes, and enhancements to the store’s interior mall entrance.

Designed to support Primark’s continued expansion in Texas, the new store provides customers with an extensive selection of affordable fashion, beauty products, home goods, and everyday essentials. Conveniently located within Willowbrook Mall, the store will serve shoppers from Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Northwest Houston, and surrounding communities while further strengthening the mall’s position as one of North Houston’s premier retail destinations.
