Novak served as the general contractor for numerous Sam’s Club extensive remodel projects . These projects included the installation of new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems, along with upgraded flooring, wall finishes, and interior décor.
Each club was designed to enhance the member shopping experience with expanded fresh food areas, including bakery, produce, meat, dairy, and prepared foods departments. Additional improvements featured updated optical centers, new pharmacies, administrative offices, service spaces, membership service areas, and modernized retail layouts to support Sam’s Club’s warehouse club operations and fuel stations.
