Rush opens its new 61,000-square-foot location: Rush North & Harlem. Developed on the site of a former Sears department store, Rush North & Harlem brings urgent care, primary care, multiple specialties, imaging services and a community pharmacy to an area where access to high-quality care has historically been limited.

Rush North & Harlem is a project we had the privilege to develop and build, and one we continue to steward with a long-term commitment to quality care and community impact. In partnership with Rush University Medical Center, this facility reflects what’s possible when thoughtful development meets mission-driven healthcare.
