Novak Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of the new Wayfair retail store located at The District at Howell Mill in Atlanta, Georgia. The 150,000-square-foot space officially opened its doors March 31, 2026. This expansive location introduces a new concept for Wayfair, bringing its online home furnishings experience into an immersive physical environment. Designed as a true one-stop shop for all things home, the store offers customers the opportunity to explore a wide range of furniture, décor, and home solutions in a thoughtfully curated setting. A standout feature of the space is The Porch, Wayfair’s all-day café, which enhances the in-store experience by offering a welcoming place for customers to relax, recharge, and gather inspiration. The integration of retail and hospitality elements reflects a modern approach to experiential shopping.
As the General Contractor, Novak Construction managed all aspects of the build, working to successfully deliver this large-scale retail destination.
