Novak Construction Delivers New Wayfair Retail Store in Columbus, Ohio

Novak Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of Wayfair’s newest retail store in Columbus, Ohio, marking another milestone in the company’s partnership with one of the nation’s leading home retailers. Located at Polaris, the approximately 70,000 square-foot store is Wayfair’s first brick-and-mortar location in Ohio and introduces the retailer’s innovative smaller-format store concept. Novak delivered on the fast-paced fifteen week schedule for the full remodel scope.  The space offers customers an inspiring shopping experience featuring furniture, home décor, mattresses, housewares, appliances, and complimentary design services, all curated to help shoppers create spaces they love.

As General Contractor, Novak Construction partnered with Wayfair and their architect Onyx Creative to deliver a retail environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional customer experiences while supporting its continued omnichannel expansion strategy. The Columbus location represents Novak Construction’s second Wayfair retail store, following the successful delivery of the retailer’s Atlanta location. Building on this momentum, Novak is currently constructing two additional Wayfair stores in Yonkers, New York, and Denver, Colorado. The Columbus store showcases the collaboration of talented architects, engineers, trade partners, and project teams whose commitment to quality and execution helped bring the project from concept to completion. Novak Construction congratulates Wayfair on the grand opening and thanks the entire project team for another successful delivery.
