2050 N. Clark is a ground-up 5-story, 32 unit luxury apartment building in Chicago’s upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood. The building features 1-3 bedroom floor plans (780-1750 square feet), most with private balconies and all with high-end finishes and appliances. There are 31 indoor resident parking spaces on the first floor and 20 bike spaces.
Novak Construction served as general contractor for the construction of this building as well as provided comprehensive preconstruction services. During the design phase, Novak was responsible for neighbor and local government coordination and approvals, conceptual estimating as well as value engineering. This project site represents logistical challenges faced working in tight, urban locations.
