This project is an open store remodel of an existing one story Jewel / Osco building that includes new electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems for new food cases. Work included new flooring throughout the store, new wall finishes, decor elements, fixturing, casework, and display cases. The remodel had multiple construction phases to keep the disturbance to a minimum.
