This project is a residential conversion of an existing office space into 32 apartments and 3 amenity rooms. It is located in the heart of downtown Chicago. Work included all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems, new wall and ceiling layouts, new wall finishes, new millwork, new balconies/terraces for a complete high end apartment complex.
