Lee has more than 20 years of construction industry experience with demonstrated accomplishments in cost effective negotiations, cost management and control, value engineering, claim analysis, scheduling and purchasing. His diverse project experience includes extensive coordination with private developers, owners, real estate managers, cost consultants and contractors.

As Vice President he is responsible for the scheduling, production, and presentation of the firm’s technical services. This includes delivery of preconstruction cost management services, value analysis, scheduling, and coordination of technical support for construction management, general construction, and design/build assignments.
