Since 1980, John G. Novak has served as President and CEO of Novak Construction Company, overseeing strategic business planning and profitable growth. Through his vision, tenacity and anticipation of prevailing market needs, Novak Construction has successfully become known and recognized as a premiere national service provider. The company's extensive knowledge and business experience has enabled Novak to assemble and lead a superior combination of specialty vendors, each of whom share in the company's stringent belief in service excellence. Prior to creating Novak Construction Company, John Novak was an independent residential contractor. Novak worked as a carpenter and field superintendent supervising all trades during the day. He estimated potential projects and performed bookkeeping at night. Novak Construction evolved from this foundation, beginning with two employees.
